Auld Lang Syne

Well, here is one of the most famous holiday season arrangements of all time!. This is a syrupy sweet  version featuring alto saxes all the way, it was recorded by Guy Lombardo in 1939. We have expanded the arrangement to suit most bands and it is now scored for 3 altos (baritone & alto), 2 tenors, 4 trumpets, 4 trombones, guitar, piano and arco bass. The only drums are at the very end. While this is technically one of the easiest arrangementsout there, the tricky part is getting the band's sax section to have that sweet heavy vibrato.
