DELIVERY

FREE delivery for UK mainland, if your order is over £75!

-Standard delivery charge is £3.50 (UK orders only) 

- EU countries delivery charge is £5.50

-Rest of the World charge is £7.50

We aim to dispatch items by the next business day. If we can't ship all your items, we normally split your order so you receive as much of it as possible within our stated delivery time. Any outstanding items will then be listed as "back ordered" on your Receipt/Delivery note

PAYMENT

We only charge your card when your order is ready for dispatch. If we split your order, your card will be charged twice (once for each shipment).

NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE

We want you to be completely happy with what you buy from Power House. If any product is faulty just return the item within 14 days of receipt in re-saleable condition, together with a brief note confirming your name, order number and why you are returning the goods, for a full no quibble refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage and packing costs unless the goods are faulty. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
